Ive tried ethernet, and wifi.
My 360 is downloading things from the store super slowly, ive been downloading lego starwas for like an hour and it got to 5%.
Downloading discs to my hard drive is still perfectly normal, and so is downloading the same game to my xbox one s

You haven't listed any of the troubleshooting you've done, so "internet's slow" is super hard to troubleshoot.
Have you rebooted your xbox?
Have you rebooted your wifi?
If your ISP gave you a cable modem or dsl modem or something have you rebooted that too?

mb, ive restarted my modem and my xbox multiple times
there hasnt been a different
ive heard somewhere that the xbox 360s xbox live is somewhat unreliable nowadays and is pretty slow
so im not sure what would fix it

im looking at the mininum reccomended network statistics and everything seems good except for my download speed. Ive also tried resetting my modem.
Is there anything else I could try before having to contact my isp?

Have you tried using you phone as a hotspot to download? You can then test if it’s your router or not causing the issue.

Yeah well if it’s happening on both networks then maybe a hardware issue with the console
Or wait a few days and try again. 360 online is a bit wonky these days
