Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

If you have access to the router, attempt to use the WPS button on the router. it really can be anywhere on the router, i had an AT&T router that had it on the back.
If the router is within 10 feet you could also do the recommended thing and use a cable.
Even if it's temporary sometimes having a corded connection can cause the device to 'remember' the router and allow easier connection later on
the router is downstairs so it isnt within 10 feet
so
wps button it is
im honestly still confused after searching it up
is there anywhere that can turn the explanation into dumb person form
Nevermind i did some searching and found out you cannot connect via wps on the xbox
oh
i recommend you hook up the xbox temporarily to a smaller tv or screen within reach of the router
plug it manually into the router
cant do that
then i'm not sure, sorry.
I do not own an xbox so i can't help anymore since i don't know what i'm working with
best i can do is point you to the generic help page.

maybe ask your dad for help
