Backwards Compatibility is broken

Can't sign in to my Xbox 360 profile in order to play BO2. Tried clearing local Xbox 360 storage to no avail

Same thing happened with me on cod mw2, randomly fixed itself after a few months

After a couple hours of me sending that message the servers were back up for me. later today I’ll check again to see if it’s officially fixed or If I just got lucky. Although my other friend and I did have some issues not being able to join each others lobbies on the 360 menu side of the backwards compatibility games like black ops 1 etc… I’m wondering if it’s because they are still fixing them for everyone and if it’s because they are getting ready to bring all the older call of duty’s and newer ones to game pass. I’ll update later tonight to see if the servers are still running smoothly

We deployed a fix to the services last night Seattle time, so hoping people aren't hitting this anymore (we know it's popped up a few times recently, but when it does, it's not consistent who hits it and if we can reproduce it or not. IE: I hit it on a previous time, but not this time).
