#Games are not visible in library but are available in device storage

I installed Fifa 23 and EA PGA tour through game pass and those installed through the EA app. They were working fine till today morning, but then in the afternoon when i launched pga tour, it showed "The title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again" in the EA app. The games are gone from the XBOX library and the EA library but they are still present in the device.

Things i have tried:

Restarting app
Restarting PC
Clearing cache in EA app (a workaround that has worked for other users)
Trying to start an install and then cancelling it to show the games in the library (a workaround that has worked for other users)
Reinstalling the EA app
Updating XBOX apps from Microsoft store

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Are you still signed into the Xbox app and the Store app with the account that owns PC Game Pass?
