so
i have a minecraft java account already
and i bought the gamepass
in the same email i use for the minecraft account
so how do i get the gamepass minecraft account
if i already have one on the same email

What exactly are you not able to do?
Can you not play Minecraft? Do you get an error message?

No, you don't get "another account"

If you have gamepass then you can play minecraft on that account.
If you already bought minecraft then you still can play it.

You don't get "extra stuff" from game pass if you already own one of the games it gives you for free.
