Hey, I bought An Assassins creed bundle which had Valhalla and Mirage together on my xbox series X. When I try and download them on pc valhalla says I need ultimate to play it and mirage says I need to go to Microsoft store to get it but when I go in the Microsoft store it says it can't be installed. Can anyone tell me why? ^^

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

Only Play Anywhere titles can be bought on XBox and played on PC with the same game. You'd need to check the store page to see if those games are Play Anywhere.

Neither game is directly in the Microsoft store, they are available through Ubisoft on the PC.

It's through account linking between Microsoft and Ubisoft accounts that if you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription, Ubisoft will recognize that and allow you to download and play Valhalla inside the Ubisoft Connect PC application
