When i go to troubleshooting it just says i have a pending windows update, but i cant update windows. it just says "windows up to date" and dosent let me do anything, HOW do i fix this, i cant download anything on xbox, i cant sign into xbox, i cant reinstall xbox, ive tried everything but i cant get windows to update, nor can i get xbox to work.

@pure dome the error code is for xbox not for windows, i think its a problem with windows because everybody i ask tells me to update windows but i cant update windows

That error code means service disabled. Sounds like you (or some tool you used to "speed up gaming" on your computer) disabled Windows update.
Windows Update service is also the service used for installing apps like the Xbox app, gaming services, etc.
