#I can't receive messages and send messages and all of them are gone

So for some reason by 9am I could not go in chats they all just went gone I can't send stuff or receive stuff it keeps saying "We can't get all of your messages right now. Check back later. I have been checking every 30 mins and changing my restrictions but everything was the same I contact support reported it restart my Xbox plug off everything removed my account logged out of everything and logged in back I checked Xbox stats they were fine its been 8 hours andd my bestie she has this problem at the same time we did not get banned either Pls help 😭
