My xbox app is just stuck in "launching the x box app" i have tried every forum online that i could. This at least i assume is what causes my game bar not to work and me not being able to play with my x box friends. this problem has been going on since at least January it just reached a boiling point for me. i dont know what to do short of completely reinstalling windows.
