I want to get an overwatch 2 reward, I have been saving points recently, but the reward just doesn't show up on the rewards tab. I talked with some friends to see if it just wasn't available on my country, but for them it appears just fine. I talked with support and they just said it might be out of stock, but if it is out of stock, why can my friends get it? Thanks for the help in advance.

sounds like you're describing 2 different things. there's microsoft rewards, which is this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/rewards/about and has stock number. And there's Game Pass perks, which sounds like what you and your friends are describing for Overwatch 2.

it's not that, I am trying to redeem overwatch credits available on microsoft rewards. My friends even showed me the screen with ow credits on the rewards page for them
and they don't have game pass btw

oh, that actually makes some sense, I started using rewards this week. But one of my friends hasn't been using it, although he used it some years ago
