So I haven’t touched my Xbox in a whole week and now when I turned it on first time I turned it on after a few mins it started flashing and I turned it off then the second time I tried to turn it on with the Bluetooth button and power button at the same time worked but it didn’t stay off and turned off around 10 secs idk what to do help me pls

no not just payment its alos for other xbox problems, but they just put that thier so peopel will know we cant help with payment issues

Unfortunately, we are all not clairvoyant when it comes to technical questions. Every technical defect can have hundreds of reasons. How are we supposed to know if we can't check the console?
It would be better to contact the free Answer Hub from Microsoft, where there are employees and volunteers who can give you further tips.
