#Bluetooth controller not connecting to chromebook

Whenever I try connecting it, the Chromebook keeps saying it's connected and then it says it's not as shown in the video . I've tried all the standard things, clearing cache and cookies, restarting the controller, restarting the Chromebook, removing the batteries from the controller and putting new ones in, forgetting the controler, turning bluetooth on and off again And more but it never seems to resolve. Any advice? (yes ive also checked community support. could not find anything)

If so, what results have you seen and tried?
