#Roblox Xbox One S bundle not redeeming.

A few years ago, robox released this xbox one S exclusive bundle, and it expired a few months ago.

I bought one of the codes off ebay, as thats the only way to get it now, and apparently you can only redeem this on a xbox, so I asked someone if they could redeem it on the xbox app for your computer, and they said yes, and that you would have to log in on a xbox console afterwards.

I redeemed the code on the xbox app, but nothing came as expected, so I logged in before the expiration date on a actual xbox and nothing happened, it already said it was redeemed, and I still dont have it.

I dont know what to do as I paid alot for that and Its very rare.
