Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

  1. What is your issue?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

🚨 12. Certain topics are not appropriate for discussion, such as: game sharing outside of your household, self-repair and disassembly of hardware, piracy, emulation, violating Xbox policies or Terms of Service, explicit material, not-safe-for-work topics, discussion of leaks, and questionable or illegal activities. Other topics are subject to moderator discretion.

NOTE: Even though Xbox is offering controller repair kits for sale now, self-repair discussion in this server beyond linking to said kits is still not allowed. Self-repair requires a moderate level of skill and knowledge to do and any errors in doing self-repair can result in damage that is not covered under any warranty. If you have questions that are not answered by the guides linked off the controller parts pages in the store, you likely do not posses the skills or knowledge for performing the self-repair and should seek out a repair shop to perform your repair.

Im not asking for self repair advice though
Im just trying to figure out if the official Controller top case ships to europe because its only available in the US for 25.99

If you found the official repair part site, then whatever the shipping on that site is is what it is...

if its in warranty then you can send the controller to Microsoft and they replace it and there be no cost thats what a warranty is.

#

If you buy a spare part and then make the controller worse then you have avoided your warranty and need to buy a new controller

Like I went to the ai assistant thing it told me that the warranty was out so I had to attempt my own fix and glue the broken parts of the top cover so that it can click on again only to learn that I've still got 8 more months on the warranty

#

And im trying to contact support about it but the calls just arent letting me

Unfortunately that’s all the help we can give. You found the parts site isn’t available in your country, but your warranty is still on so keep trying the official support site to contact them.
