Xbox 360 has red ringed (1010)

I got an Xbox, dunno what year but it's got an HDMI port, it's giving me one red ring and a 1010 code and I've tried most troubleshooting steps I could think, hard reset, disc drive removed and replaced, turned on and off or similar simple things... Bought it second hand and already replaced the power supply since it was red ringing with 0001 secondary code beforehand so... I'm not sure anymore idk what the 1010 code is or what it means :/

1010 / E68 is HDD related error have you tried turning it on without the hard drive attached?

Did you get the same error code without the HDD installed or a different one? If it was still the same code I wonder if it might be some onboard storage causing it if it has any.
