I know that the xbox 360 online marketplace was shutdown, but is it possible to still purchase stuff for the 360 that are backwards compatible with the xbox one and series x/s? Specifically talking about buying things on an actual xbox 360.
If thats not possible, could I buy backwards compatible stuff dlc and stuff from my xbox one, and then have it transfer to my 360 if i use the same xbox account?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

It hasn't been shut down yet, but will be in the next few months.
To answer your question, however, yes, you will be able to buy things from the current Microsoft Store on Xbox One/Series consoles and play them on your 360. Be sure to give it a bit of time to recognize that you bought the content, and it should appear in your purchase history or wherever you go to find stuff you bought on 360.
