On pc, I want to use cloud gaming to play Fallout 76 with a friend who plays on Xbox. However, the "play" button with a cloud is darker than usual and I can't click on it. When I try to do the same thing on another pc, it works, but I can't do it on the computer I want to do it on. I tried rebooting my pc, uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app, disconnecting my account from everywhere except the computer I want to do it on, nothing worked.
Also made sure to try while having a controller connected, and I'm sure I have ultimate (it's written under my username). It does the same with every game I can play on cloud.
I ran out of ideas of what I can do to fix it. What's weird is it works on one pc, but not the other. If someone has an idea of what to do, I would really appreciate it.
