Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
My Xbox has a weird on then off thing
It also makes a little click sound after turning on
You marked this post as a Series X|S which does not have a replacable power supply.
What console do you actually have?
What?
What console is it?
An xbox one S
You marked this post with the tag of Xbox Series console, but that's not a console with a replaceable power supply
You didn't mark this post with that tag
Yup mb
Also, Xbox One S also doesn't have a replaceable power supply
Well I replaced it so
I opened it ripped the old one out bought a new one and inserted it
It turns on just off again it’s the same old issue
yeah, then we can't help you, you've ventured into rule 12 territory
🚨 12. Certain topics are not appropriate for discussion, such as: game sharing outside of your household, self-repair and disassembly of hardware, piracy, emulation, violating Xbox policies or Terms of Service, explicit material, not-safe-for-work topics, discussion of leaks, and questionable or illegal activities. Other topics are subject to moderator discretion.
NOTE: Even though Xbox is offering controller repair kits for sale now, self-repair discussion in this server beyond linking to said kits is still not allowed. Self-repair requires a moderate level of skill and knowledge to do and any errors in doing self-repair can result in damage that is not covered under any warranty. If you have questions that are not answered by the guides linked off the controller parts pages in the store, you likely do not posses the skills or knowledge for performing the self-repair and should seek out a repair shop to perform your repair.
Self repair is considered a rule violation
lol
If the product wasn’t broken in the first place maybe I wouldn’t have to fix it
We don't want people getting bad advice from people and then blaming us
