If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
I got the same problem
I already unistalled xbox and xbox services
and I logout from microsoft store and xbox still not working
It works entering in my already installed games but doesn't let me to install new games and my subscription still active
exactly, and it doesnt say xbox is having issues besides the fallout issue, cant find a fix either. It was working fine earlier then randomly hit me with content failed to loadf
u welcome! I was worried because even in status they said everything is fine
but they are working on it now thankfully 😄
FYI: The status page will not immediately show an issue when an outage occurs, it takes a bit of time for us internally to get people together, agree on what the issue is and what all is impacted and that we need to update that status page before it can be updated, so it can take a bit of time before it shows as there being a problem (we do try and get it updated as quickly as possible, but it does take a bit of time)
