Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
Can't send picture because server is bad and doesn't allow it so I don't understand how the support is going to help

Have you tried turning auto renewal on and then back off to see if it will authenticate you then? I've had that issue a few times before
