Need help rn im struggling i tried everything including resting the xbox and clearing the mac ever hard reset.

i cant send a pic on wat it say but its not the internet i think my xbox bugging or something itll connect then disconnect out the blue and says service info unavailable

the service info not available isn't an issue that should effect your connection there is a service alert for fall out 4 achievements
if your connection is disconnecting then i would advise on doing a router reset and use a wired connection.

i cant use wired dont have only got wireless but it also says this when i try to connect to the internet "If you have a Pc try to connect from there" then if dat dont work it tells me to contact the service ppl but ion think thats the problem
but i can connect on my phone and pc so thats not the problem i think its my xbox and idk how to fix it i restarted the internet so many times and it doesn't help

Unfortunately you cant do much more apart from get wired connection if you dont want drop outs
If your router is far from your xbox then you can get a power line that will allow you to connect wired to your xbox though a power socket.

dats a problem the way my xbox is set up i cant drag a powerling through the dining room to the living room 😭

you can use a power line this will let you connect with out having to pull cables though differnt rooms

This doesn't appear to be an issue with Xbox services though, it's your home networking setup. As Space Raiders advised, getting something like Powerline might help stabilize your connection, worth looking into.
Or see if you can get a wifi repeater / something that can boost your wireless signal between the router and your Xbox. There are lots of things that can cause signal degradation, even down to the thickness of your walls
