#Xbox refund not going trhough even tho it was accepted

Hi, i bought jump king a while back but didn't enjoy the game as much as i thought i would so i asked for a refund, it got approevd nice and all, but the game is still in my posession and i didn't get my money, i actually jsut remembered it today. The refund was approved the fifth of january this year. Anyone got a way to help me out? Or should i just suck it up and think of it as a sing from god telling me to play the game?

Yes i see it but there isn't anything about refunded games not being refunded after months.

make sure you checked the right card they would have refunded to the same payment mentord you used on the order.
