I Just bought myself the brand new Nocturnal Vapor controller for my Xbox Series X and used it for about 20 minutes for some games. I let it sit for a few minutes while I did something and when the console went into rest mode the remote completely shut down and has refused to start back up even with new batteries, being hard wired via usb c, and multiple hard resets to the remote.
Does anyone know what I should do?
