Hey all. I bought Persona 4 Golden on my Xbox Series X, and I'm trying to open it using the Xbox app on my PC (Windows 11). However, it will get to the banner, before syncing data, which takes a while, and then it will go to a white screen and do nothing. After a little while, it will go to the loading screen of the game, before my PC displays an error saying it crashed. The Xbox app says it should run great on my PC. I've tried everything, too. I've updated my drivers to the newest version, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've verified and repaired it, but nothing works. I would appreciate any help.

and the error says something like "game crashed" and it's a windows error not an xbox one

Now that I've checked it over. I actually have the recommended requirements, and the Xbox app says it should run great on my PC.

werid. i have a amd 5600 cpu 32 gigs ram and 6800xt it ran fine for me. im on win10

This is weird for one usually when a Xbox app crashes it immediately put the app in focus(if open) and display. Crashed and give a code.
However there isn't even a error code in this error either.
@rose shell do you mind doing win key + x and press record and try recording what happened then upload it on YouTube or on Google drive and share the link. You can make the YouTube video private just make sure it is anyone with link.
I want to see it in action myself.
Plus do a benchmark test and/or show current specs on your computer.

So um funny news, it requires a optional windows feature lmao... and didn't list that.
Open settings
Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional Features > Add a Feature
And search for "media feature pack"
Install and restart pc.
This won't guarantee to fix the crash but there are some ways to lower the chances
-window mode
-no discord overlay(this may apply to Xbox game bar and other app overlays.)
-you may need to re-install/update the vc redistributables or direct x
This might be why the error has no error code as the remake didn't have a code set up for trying to call upon non-installed windows functions.
