#Xbox PC App Not Opening

When I open the Xbox PC app it gives me this error "Try the update again. Sorry, something went wrong. Try it again, or click the error code for more info. Error code: 0x80070426" and there is a "Try Again" button. 1. I have not tried updating the app so I dont know what update it is talking about lol and 2. when I press try again, it goes to the "Launching the Xbox App" screen and has an "Updating..." progress bar that stays at 0%. Can anyone help?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
