On gamepass I got Madden 24 for the Xbox one and it saying that it a trial and that I have to upgrade to get the full game I redownloaded the game twice it still saying the same thing

I pretty sure it is only a trail EA games have a 10 hour trail they dont put there games into the service till a year later
okay so looking it is in gamepass go to your full library select EA play and clicl install on the game

Known issue, it's already been passed on to EA, I think most people who are getting the game via Game Pass Ultimate are seeing that screen
