I’ve tried multiple YouTube tutorials, I’ve unplugged my router, ive tried multiple things idk what to do anymore, it’s worked for the past months. Randomly one day I wake up and get that message? Been a few days, always says “if you have a pc, try to connect to the internet on it, you may have to work this out with ur internet service provider” yet every other device in the house works just not my Xbox? Sure. Can someone help me please?

Not sure what could it if the this Xbox won't work? Don't know if it's a Xbox One or a Xbox Series you have to help specify.

If it's a Xbox Series console you have, then it might help you what I've experienced. With the Series S I own, when I had it in sleep mode before. Each time I'd turn on the Xbox Series S, it wouldn't connect to the internet (via smartphone hotspot in my case). Only way I could get the internet to work on the Xbox Series S would be to shut down the console completely by holding down the power button on the console itself. Generally, if the Series can't connect to the internet, you'll have to go into settings and change the power settings from Power Saving to Shutdown.

If it's not working still, it could be because of the WiFi router needs to be reset, which could need switching off for 30 seconds or a minute to fix it. This same problem can apply to the Xbox One.

If that's not the case, I'm not too sure what else it'll be. Could be the possibility that Xbox Network isn't working in your area at the moment. Or perhaps it's the provider service that isn't working at the moment, or maybe your parents has changed the WiFi password to not connect the Xbox online?

Worst thing I could think of is that you've could of gotten banned from Xbox Network with the account and possibly the Xbox itself if gone against terms of service, like bullying others online or using dev mode online.

I couldn't tell you more from what I know but guessing with the other stuff as never experienced with the Xbox One or Xbox Series but from the Xbox 360 and DS days.

Like have ur xbox hard wired for about 2 min to ur router with the xbox powered on

#

No need for a tv

#

As long as its powered on and connected

#

If u could get a monitor to see if that is workinh

#

U can also shut off access to devices straight from the router

#

So i can "pause" a device that is connected to my internet

#

U might be paused

#

If ur parents are tech savvy they could have done that without telling u to get u to do something they wanted

#

Now dont go accusing ur parents of anything

#

But i would ask
