Xbox doing screeching sound

I was doing watch dogs 2 on cloud gaming until I was quitting the game it made this loud vibration sound on the console. And then when i turned it off it made a quieter sound. Is this a glitch? Because when I went to my menu it stopped playing sound.

It was my dads Xbox also I’m screwed ;-;

The only things that can make sound in an xbox series x are the fan and the disc drive.

If you weren't playing a disc-based game, then it woudln't have been that.

Ensure there is nothing blocking the fan grill.

okay, well the series s does not have a disc drive, so all it has that can make noise is the fan.

I have a problem with my fan that sometimes does it i have to tap semi hard careful not to break it to get it to fix it

It sounds like grinding

Also when a game crashes i have a loud grinding noise from my speakers until i CTD
