i'm not sure if you are aware that there were some silly games on xbox including gta6. i installed it and ran on my account then got permanent ban in 24 hours. why am i getting banned for something that microsoft let somebody publish on the store? there is no option to reach support...

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

@signal wren i can't get access to enforcement as it keeps refreshing the page when i log into the account. it shows nothing. keeps asking me to sign in and doesn't sign in at all

Gta6 is not a released game. Dont run things that claim to be it. You’re opening yourself up to getting hacked.

No one here can help with enforcement at all. All we can do is point to that link and suggest trying to access it later

microsoft is banning users for downloading content from official store. it's weird. they take your stuff away you. it's weirder

what proof do you have that you were banned for downloading some random stuff?

because i am inclined to believe that you were not banned for that.

can't even get into enforcement page. on the url bar this comes:

If in fact you did get banned for downloading this, I can guarantee you that it's 100% your fault because you did all of this intentionally. People who utilize our independent developer program to upload intentionally malicious programs like this are caught very quickly and their applications are removed very quickly such that people are only able to acquire for a very short window of time, which means you were intentionally clued in about it being posted and directed to it (or you yourself posted it).

Early access that starts two years before the game is even out? If you're stupid enough to believe that, you deserve a ban. lol
