How do i unlink my xbox account from my fortnite account on epic games to link my other xbox account

You can't.
Once you link an xbox account to an epic account, the epic account can never be linked to a different one.
you can unlink your xbox account, but there is still a hidden secret link that will prevent any other account from working with it. your only option after unlink is to relink with the same account.
