Profiles are undownloadable for 360

Cannot download a profile to the 360 on the series x. I tried a lot of things like reset local 360 data. I was able to redownload my own main profile on there and the ones previously on there but the new profile I was trying to download just would not download even though the password and email are 100% right 😕
