I mean, when I play Fortnite on XBox Cloud Gaming in full screen on laptop, it happens that in a very short time, even in the lobby, the quality drops drastically and the response speed of the game on the screen is super slow, and it doesn't fix itself, it happens every time I enter, I mean, it starts with super good quality 60 and suddenly, What I said happens. If there are any further questions or things I need to say, let me know.
How can I put pictures here?

Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

  1. What is your issue?

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

Sounds like your ISP is throttling you.

It is not uncommon, especially for cable modem providers, for isp to give you “speed boost” for a few minutes and then slow you way down.

They do this for 3 reasons

#
  1. most people only need web pages and email to load fast. This happens during the speed boost period
#
  1. most speed tests only last a minute so they are able to trick people in to thinking their internet is better than it actuallly is
#
  1. isps are evil and lie about their capabilities and deliberately trick customers

I really need a answer to this

Run multiple speed tests back after back and see if they are consistent?

#

See if there is a site that does long running speed tests and see if your speed drops off?

#

Contact your ISP for clarification on your expected speeds?

#

Dunno anything more than that
