#Cant see or manage pc game pass subscription

I am paying for someone elses pc game pass subscription but then I missed one payment. I now want to pay the due amount but the subscription is not showing for the other person and there is no option of paying the due amount nor renewing it. When the person clicks on "Join now" it asks to fix the subscription but the subscription is not showing.

Is there anyone that can help me on this, please?

When the other person uses that link, the subscription shows and that an amount is due, but when they click on that subscription it says that the subscription could not be found

This is driving me nuts because the person can not even just sign up for a new subscription

have been contacting support and they have not been helpful at all
