Hello, the controller that came with my series S kind of dies quickly every time I switch out the batteries with new ones. I play a couple of hours a day/every other day and the batteries will last for like a week or so before dying again.
Is this normal? Should I get a new controller?
If not, are there other alternatives aside from constantly switching out batteries? It’s eating up my supply rather quickly lol

Did some research and saw battery packs are another option. If anyone has a good recommendation please lmk! 🤙🏽

I use the officially branded microsoft plug and play kit. That way it just recharges while your controller is plugged in rather then having to remove the batteries to charge them and being unable to play while they charge.
