hey so i recently bought a series s and i saw many stuff like 3 months nitro or 1 month paramount and so on, but when i checked today it keeps showing me the ultimate gamepass im using rn ??

"Digital Direct" = the game / dlc that come with 'console bundles' (for example you buy the Fortnite Xbox Edition and you get a free copy of some skins, or you get the Forza Xbox and you get a free copy of forza)
"Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks" = free trials and random stuff that you may or may not get depending on where you live and when you check just for owning Game Pass Ultiamte. These could include a few months of Discord Nitro, or a Crunchroll subscription, or some free Halo Infinite weapon skins

but what i mean is something diffrent like when i bought the series s a month ago, i had without gamepass , gifts like 3 months nitro, i even opened it and saw a qr code to redeem it but i didnt do it and it was still there, but when i picked the 3 months ultimate pass , it only shows that now and all other gifts are gone

Those are not the kind of things that are part of digital direct
Maybe it was telling you those were available as perks if you claimed Ultimate at the time

Game Pass Perks provides QR codes for some things - including nitro.
