My Xbox app randomly started saying this when i want to play with xcloud, in the settings, it shows my Microsoft account as "store account" and when i try to join using my Microsoft account in the "Microsoft account, used for Xbox", it just closes the settings and nothing happens. My microsoft account is the same as my Xbox account by the way.

I've tried redownloading the app, removing my account from Microsoft store and logging back, removing my account from the Microsoft store and try to log in the Xbox app directly, even removing my Microsoft account from my computer.

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

It's telling you the account logged into the Xbox app and the Store app must match. Check both to make sure.

They do match, i checked 3 times, it started after i switched my Microsoft account to Store account (a notification appeared saying i should switch, so i did and can't play anymore).
