we need urgent help
guys, my xbox series controller doesn't make any sense
When I click on the Xbox icon, my controller just blinks when I click, looking like my batteries are low.
But when I plug it in, I don't know, into the socket via USB on the cell phone charger and it's like it starts up slowly and then when I connect it to the cell phone via Bluetooth, even when I take it out of the socket it stays on.
#My Xbox Series S controller doesn't want to stay on even though I change the batteries

so its connecting to your phone via bluetooth but not your console?
yes
I bought this controller so I wouldn't have a headache when connecting like what happens with parallel controls on PC and cell phone
have you tried connecting the controller to your console using a data USB cable and a charging cable?
I used my USB cable from my cell phone
I don't have an Xbox console, I just bought the controller to use on the PC and GamePass
right so when i asked if its connecting to your phone via bluetooth but will not connect to your console and you said yes that was wrong then
explain your issue clearly
ok
ok, wait
In short, when I press the Xbox logo button on the controller it only flashes once and turns off, I thought it was a low battery, I changed the battery and it didn't work I tried to buy 100% new batteries and it started working again but after a short time it stopped again and as if the control stopped turning on when the battery was still at 75%, I decided to do a test, I took my cell phone charger and connected this control which only blinked to the socket, making it have a charge. I paired it with the cell phone via Bluetooth and I removed the usb from the control, the expected result was that it would turn off shortly after, however that was not what happened, it actually stayed connected, it has already been connected for 30 minutes, paired with my cell phone, but if I turn it off or unpair the cell phone's Bluetooth, it turns off and have this problem again
This controller is new, I bought it on Amazon, I'm not an avid gamer or an addict, I've only played it about 30 times since I bought it, it doesn't make sense that it has problems
it will pair with a data usb cable and if you unplug the USB it will stay connected using bluetooth.
If the controller will only pair with a cable and its a new controller then very likley you need to update the controller and/or your phone.
oh, that might have been it, thanks for the help raiders 😄
I think I managed to get it working again
