Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
when it says no signal this means that your TV isnt seeing a signail coming from the xbox. Thats really strange for that to happen when you close a game. Does it then work again if you restart the console? Because that is odd behavior if thats what your saying?
It just happens when I close a game, my tv is new so it can’t be that lol, but yeah it’s when a close a game every few tries, not a grantee thing for it to pop up but enough to annoy the frick out of me
what do you have connected in your set up? and it actually says no signail on the screen the screen just doesnt go blank for a few seconds?
Sometimes I unplug my hdmi then plug it in then my screen flickers kinda like mad but that’s extremely uncommon
Just my series x, and s and my switch but that’s barley plugged in
it actually says no signal on the screen the screen just doesn't go blank for a few seconds?
Says no signal like I’m not even using my Xbox
Then I need to unplug hdmi from tv or Xbox each time
do you have a other tv or moniter you can test the xbox with?
Try disabling HDR on yoru xbox.
The dashboard doesn't support HDR, but most games do, so there is a hard mode change when quiting a game. This makes some TVs upset.
Try updating the firware on your tv - that's a modern enough TV that I assume it has an option to do it automatically if you've connected it your your network
Uhh, I could but it’s a weird thing to test yk, gonna take a few hours and it possibly might not even happen
It does it automatically mostly but I’ll check to see if I need to update it just incase but that isn’t the issue because it’s been a thing for ages, I’ll try the HDR thing
