Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.

I highly suggest getting a controller and connecting it via Bluetooth to your road. When you get good at it, you will be way better at the game and I think issues like this will disappear 😊

first of all, mobile gaming is the least of the problems for epic games or cxbox right now,
since fortnite isnt supported on any devices anymore
epic games isnt making fortnite mobile UI
and fortnite isnt really supposed to be played in mobilee anymore
since fortnite was banned from apple devices and never had access to the android shop.

Fortnite is fully supported on Xbox cloud gaming. Which includes mobile platforms.
Android and iOS specific versions is irrelevant to cloud gaming.

Your best bet is to submit an actual feedback item to the devs via Twitter
And a feedback to Xbox via the cloud gaming interface - on a console you do it by holding the guide button down. Maybe it works the same on cloud I’m not sure.
