As tons and I mean tons of others said, as soon as you turn your cross play off, you can't play any games, I got towards my online safety & family settings in my Xbox series s, I flick the settings that are needed on allow, it's on allow, but the games won't let me turn the cross play on. Keeps saying it's offline. The origin of this was I turned my cross play off to play Xbox only servers on Roblox football fusion 2. Afterwards I tried to hop on rainbow six siege a little later and it wouldn't let me do anything, I've spent the past 10 or so hours trying to hunt down a method. The results ive gotten from restarting, redownloading EVERYTHING, resetting my settings, disconnecting the entire Xbox and trying a new room and TV, and even trying to flick it on for all other accounts, I have had like no success whatsoever, I'm guessing I'm not the only one due to several others that are experiencing this issue, I've met some in Roblox, even met some in the discord, id just desperately love if a moderator or admin could give me a solution/update on when or how
this will be fixed

Hi, I have Xbox Series X. I play lot of multiplayer games with crossplay options.
I turn Crossplay ON and OFF time to time depending on games. .I have been doing it since 2020 without any issues but since yesterday, it seems like setting is bugged on my account.
Yesterday, i booted Blackdesert online after turning Crossplay setting ON. I went to Xbox cross play setting is under- Online Safety and family > Privacy and Online safety > Xbox privacy > View details and customize > Communication and multiplayer > Join cross play network - Set it to Allow.
All my privacy settings is set to Allow.
Now when i boot Black desert online, it shows Crossplay setting off. It wont allow Crossplay.
I tried Fortnite same error, COD and Naraka same error. All of these games shows Crossplay as off from console settings.
I tried following things to fix it -

FACTORY RESET while keeping games and apps.

TURN ON CROSSPLAY and restarted console.

Reinstalled all games.

UNPLUG ALL WIRES including broadband and Power.
Nothing worked.
After all above methods failed. I made a new temporary account on same console and for some odd reasons, crossplay settings work properly on this new temporary account. Crossplay works properly in every game according to settings, but for some reason it's not working on my main account. My main account has all my saves and account progress. I need to fix this issue on my account. So please help.
I dont have any child or family account. I only had just my main account on my console with all privacy settings set to allow for everyone.
Please help me with this weird bug. Thank you.
