#xbox series x backwards compatible (360) always making me use password

Ever since I got a series x and put my 360 account on it, it always asks for my password despite me checking the “remember password” box, my One S never had this problem, on there it would always auto log me in after 5-20 seconds

Forgot to add
My issue, any time I play a 360 game it always says “you need a password to login” despite always checking “remember password”

I tried: clearing 360 cache, hard reset, factory reset, changing password and even checked for updates (to which are none), I searched the internet however nobody else with this problem can fix it
