Thank you for your post! Please remember the support here is not official and is handled on a volunteer basis. Once you have posted your concern here, we ask that you be patient and not spam your thread elsewhere in the server, that will slow the process down.
If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.
In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:
- What is your issue?
Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried?
Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?
If so, what results have you seen and tried?
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
Once you have posted, please ensure you have answered all the questions and be patient. Do not go to other channels and ask for help, that slows things down.
If you need immediate support, please contact Xbox Support.
Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.
No, it doesn't. The game will have a fixed internal resolution regardless of the output resolution display. The console will scale the output resolution accordingly.
No
Like I go to Xbox settings and turn it to 720p
So when I play Fortnite it will be on 60 fps more stable without it dropping down to 40
Cause the graphics are lower so better performance
Like when I put it to 720p I can see the difference between 1080p on the game
I’m just wondering will that help my fps
I know what you’re saying, I’m telling you no, it doesn’t make a difference
The only difference would be a setting in the game, if they offer it, between performance and graphics modes
The output resolution in the Xbox settings has ZERO effect on the resolution a game renders itself at, and therefore zero impact on the performance of the game
But this is a xbox one s.
Yes, all my statements still are accurate
Fortnite may not offer graphical settings in game on the one s, which means there is nothing you can do then. Thats why I said if offered in game
Thats true. I just remembered that xb1 consoles dont have performance and quality modes that series consoles have.
