Hi, I’m trying to buy game at XBOX store and then every time this pops up;
„Change your Store region
The region in which your payment option was issued and your Store region need to match”
BUT everything is matched etc.
I’m paying through XBOX giftcards by the way…
someone help pls, I’m having this issue for like 4 days

If your region is correctly set to where you actually live, where your credit card billing address is, etc then you’ll need to contact official support for assistance
If you are setting your region to some random place to get access to an online sale then you can not do that
Of your gift cards are in a different currency than what your country normally uses then that doesn’t work either

my gift card reigon is the same as my microsoft account region but my master card region is differnt so is there any way to buy the game pass with my microsoft account aithount the need for master card cuz when i use it it says the same thing above

i dont think that's possible do you know anywhere i could get empty american master card cuz i already got the xbox gift card reedemed i only need an empty master or cridet card to continue the stupid process

You can work with your credit card company or bank to update your home address.
