whenever I play fortnite my xbox automatically turns off by itself. this also happens with another game I play. Whenever I play the sims though it doesn’t happen. does anything know how I can fix this?

try playing old gen games and see if those run smoothly

i would play r6 then boom my xbox would not turn off but the game will crash

another thing is that stuff you might have connected check what is connected to ur controller/xbox etc i had stuff connected and it ended up crashing my xbox aswell then i unplugged and boom sorted
