I tried so many things but my xbox not working
Offline update stoped at 6%
Also i tried to hdd format and reinstall os on hdd but nothing work

My xbox last updated version is

OS Version: 25398.3491.amd64fre.xb_fit_ 2402zn.240207-1700

My xbox one s is not updating offline mod

Also i tried to format internal ssd with perfect steps but still not working

I think my xbox is on feb update but i downloaded today offline update from microsoft website but its march update so thats why my xbox cant updating offline mode

My xbox one s on version in

OS version: 10.0.25398.3491
(xb.
_flt_2402zn.240207-1700)

And now when i go to website to download offline update file
The file i got version is OSU1.zip

OS version: 10.0.25398.3864 (xb_flt_2403zn.240306-1700)

So both different versions thats why xbox cant perform offline update ?

if the OSU file hasnt fixed the issue or a factory reset then you need to send the console for replair/replacement.
