My microsoft account was recently locked because of fraudulent activity. Someone spent $6.50 on Skype on my account. I refuted the charge, got my money back, and then Microsoft locked me out of my account. When I tried to unlock the account I got an email saying, “Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you with your request.
Your Microsoft account appears to be provided by an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Please contact your ISP to assist you with your account recovery.” I then contacted the email provider (aol.com) who said it was a Microsoft problem and they couldn’t do anything about it. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO. I need help, I have over $1k spent on this Xbox account and I want my games back.
