#Microsoft rewards bing issue

This has been going on for months and basically the problem is I have the bing app installed on my Xbox and when I do my searches I don’t get any points I have seen other’s complaints about this too for months and I decided to put a stop to it please if anyone knows how to fix this get back to me

I’m in North America of the east side of America I don’t get any points at All now because I used to get 5 points every 6 tries or so but now zero and yes I’m signed into bing

you can open a ticket up there but i would advise reading about it frist because there is caps.
