my Wishlist has disappeared since feb and it still isn't back, I have many games and don't remember them, I see a lot of people saying they got their games back but not me, what's the problem and how do I solve it. thanks

If your issue is regarding an account/billing issue, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support directly.

In order for members of the community to provide adequate support, make sure you have provided answers to the following:

Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).

  1. What troubleshooting have you tried?

Please list everything you have attempted.

  1. Have you searched #1091756150644555946 for anyone else with your issue or researched your issue on the internet?

If so, what results have you seen and tried?

If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.

Additionally, no one here can assist with Enforcement actions of any sort.

afaik it's not something you can solve. Mine vanished too and I had to start over since it didn't come back like some others.

i lost some items on mine too but not all, so strange
