#Headphone jack not working on 1 controller

okay so i have 2 controllers and when i plug headphones into the headphone jack on one of them my output audio goes from my tv to my headset connected to my controller but with the other the output audio stays as the tv output but the mic works, any idea on how to fix that?

if you take the controller apart, on the motherboard the headphone jack should be resting on the metal plates

usually it's not soldered for some reason
