Hello, my friend on xbox series x is family sharing his gamepass ultimate with me (I play on PC) I am unable to use anything on cloud gaming as well as play online with anyone. What should I do? Something else I should mention is a few months prior to this I was able to play online with them but I was paying for pc gamepass, I was still on my friends family plan but I was also paying. Any help would be appreciated.
